Ukrainian air forces have launched 14 strikes on Russian personnel clusters and three strikes on enemy air defense missile system positions in the past 24 hours.

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Ukrainian air forces have launched 14 strikes on Russian personnel clusters and three strikes on enemy air defense missile system positions in the past 24 hours.

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Over the past day, the enemy has launched one missile strike and 27 air strikes, and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) 55 times. The threat of attacks with ground- and air-launched missiles and suicide drones is persisting all over Ukraine,” the report states.

According to the General Staff, Russian troops were conducting unsuccessful offensive actions in the Avdiivka and Lyman directions. The enemy continues offensive attempts in the Bakhmut direction, increasing the intensity of air strikes. In the rest of directions, Russian troops are holding the defense.

In the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s Defense Forces have repelled enemy attacks near the Luhansk region’s Novoselivske and the Donetsk region’s Terny, Serebrianske forestry, Verkhniokamianske, Bilohorivka, Krasna Hora, Bakhmut, Pervomaiske, Marinka and Pobieda.

In the Volyn, Polissia, Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, no enemy offensive groupings were detected. Russian troops launched mortar and artillery strikes near the Chernihiv region’s Brusky, the Sumy region’s Sopych, and the Kharkiv region’s Veterynarne, Strilecha, Pylne, Starytsia, Vovchansk, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna and Kupiansk.

In the Kupiansk direction, enemy shelling was recorded near the Kharkiv region’s Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Tabaivka and Krokhmalne, and the Luhansk region’s Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka.

In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders opened fire on the Luhansk region’s Makiivka, Ploshchanka, Chervonopopivka, Kuzmyne and Serebrianske forestry.

In the Bakhmut direction, over  15 settlements came under enemy fire, including the Donetsk region’s Verkhniokamianske, Vyimka, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Soledar, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, New York, Druzhba and Zalizne.

In the Avdiivka direction, Russian troops shelled the Donetsk region’s Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Heorhiivka, Krasnohorivka and Marinka.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Russian invaders attacked the Donetsk region’s Bohoiavlenka and Mykilske.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy launched artillery strikes on over 15 settlements, including the Zaporizhzhia region’s Vremivka, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Novodanylivka, Kamianske, Zelenyi Hai and Novosilka.

In the Kherson direction, Russian occupiers again used the whole range of artillery pieces to attack such settlements as Bilozerka,  Dniprovske, Yantarne, Berehove and Kherson.

Over the past day, Ukrainian air forces have launched 14 strikes on enemy cluster positions and three strikes on Russian air defense missile system positions. Ukraine’s missile and artillery units hit two enemy personnel clusters.
