Ukraine’s missile and artillery units have struck five enemy command posts, five personnel clusters and one ammunition depot over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Over the past day, the enemy has launched 85 missile strikes and 35 air strikes, and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems 63 times. The threat of air and missile strikes on critical infrastructure is persisting. Russian occupiers continue causing terror against Ukrainian civilians,” the report states.

Russian troops are making attempts to conduct offensive operations in the Bakhmut direction and improve their tactical position in the Lyman and Kupiansk directions.

Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders have repelled enemy attacks near the Luhansk region’s Stelmakhivka and Bilohorivka, and the Donetsk region’s Soledar, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Kamianka,Avdiivka, Vesele Vodiane, Krasnohorivka and Marinka.

In the Volyn, Polissia, Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the situation remained stable. There are no signs of enemy offensive groupings being formed.

In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, Russian troops launched artillery strikes near the Chernihiv region’s Leonivka, the Sumy region’s Pavlivka, and the Kharkiv region’s Hlyboke, Zelene, Ternova, Starytsia, Vovchansk, Bochkove and Chuhunivka. The enemy also used army aircraft near the Sumy region’s Velyka Pysarivka.

In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, Russian occupiers opened fire on 17 settlements, including the Kharkiv region’s Dvorichna, Vilshana, Kotliarivka, Vyshneve and Kamianka, the Luhansk region’s Ploshchanka, Chervonopopivka, Nevske and Dibrova, and the Donetssk region’s Torske. The enemy launched an air strike near Dibrova.

In the Bakhmut direction, twenty settlements came under enemy fire, including the Donetsk region’s Spirne, Berestove, Bilohorivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Pidhorodne, Bakhmut, Zalizne, New York, Klishchiivka and Kurdiumivka. Additionally, Russian occupiers used unmanned combat aerial vehicles (UCAVs) near Kurdiumivka, Maiorsk and Zalizne.

In the Avdiivka direction, Russian invaders inflicted fire damage near the Donetsk region’s Avdiivka, Vesele, Krasnohorivka, Marinka and Novomykhailivka. The enemy launched air strikes near Kamianka and Avdiivka.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Russian troops used tanks and cannon artillery to open fire on the Donetsk region’s Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Velyka Novosilka and Neskuchne. The enemy launched an air strike near Mykilske.

In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, over 25 settlements came under enemy fire, including the Zaporizhzhia region’s Stepove, Olhivske, Dorozhnianka, Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaky and Myrne, and the Kherson region’s Beryslav, Kozatske, Ivanivka, Chornobaivka and Stanislav. Russians used operational-tactical and army aircraft near the Zaporizhzhia region’s Huliaipole and Stepove, and the Kherson region’s Novosilka.

Over the past day, Ukrainian air forces have launched 12 strikes on enemy personnel, ammunition and military equipment clusters and one strike on air defense system positions. Ukraine’s missile and artillery units hit five Russian command posts, five personnel clusters and one ammunition depot.
