An image of Big Ben in front of exploding fireworks is part of the clip, a scene from the New Years Eve celebration in the British capital.

Also seen is the Eiffel Tower, lit up in the French tricolour of red, white and blue.

Other clips include satellite shots of fireballs hurtling towards Europe and hitting London, Lyon and Belgium, Spain and Italy.

There are also clips of emergency services vehicles rushing through cities and aerial shots of a train wreck – and the opening sequence suggests ISIS are planning a derailment.

A bartender mixing a cocktail, someone pouring champagne and a Catholic priest praying also feature.

The video ends with an English message: ‘You are living among the kuffar’, a term used to describe non-Muslims.

The United States last month launched its first drone strikes against Islamic State group-affiliated fighters in Somalia.

The Horn of Africa nation has a small but growing presence of the fighters, many of them defectors from the Al-Qaeda-linked al-Shabaab extremist group.

The fighters are based in northern Somalia’s rural Puntland.

Experts warn their numbers could grow as ISIS fighters flee Syria and Iraq.

Almost two years ago, ISIS fighters in Libya released a video showing two fighters calling for Al-Shabaab fighters to join ISIS’s new franchise in Somalia.

Speaking fluently in English, one of the fighters, urged terrorists in his homeland to turn against Al-Shabaab and join a small number of ISIS fighters who had already defected.

The video was titled ‘A message to our brothers in Somalia’, with the scripted speech relayed by both an English fighter and another Somali speaker.

Many did so, but Al-Shabaab maintained its presence in the country and earlier this year the US carried out its first airstrike against the Al-Qaeda branch in Somalia, under authorities granted by Donald Trump.

In March, Trump ended Obama-era restrictions on drone strikes in Somalia, after the army said doing so would help protect US bases and interests in the reason.

Then in June, a US drone attacked an Al-Shabaab supply center in conjunction with Somali special forces, destroying the base and killing eight militants, the Pentagon said.
